A ne pas confondre avec le SeaStar de Dornier (biturbine push-pull de 12 places)

 

Ce Sea*Star est une contrefaçon du Seawind et a été abandonné. Guillaume de Ramel, un américain, nous informe :

The SeaStar is a literal copy of the Seawind.  Paul Array, purchased a kit from Seawind and sent to Turkey to have group their rebuilt into the SeaStar.  They added 2 feet to the nose, a turbine engine, a bigger tail and rudder but otherwise identical to the Seawind.  Dick Silva, the owner of Seawind took Paul to court and had him destroy the copied molds and give him the original SeaStar.
